Commercial profiles
Carbon steel sheets are thin, flat pieces of steel that are produced by hot-rolling (HR) or cold-rolling (CR) to the desired
thickness and material properties. Steel sheets can be of low, medium or high carbon content.
EQUAL WING ANGLES
A structural steel profile comprises two equal wings perpendicular to each other.- Measurements: From 1” x 1/8” to 6” x 1/2”
- Length: 6 meters to 12 meters
Channels
Rolled steel profile with U-shaped cross-section.
- Measurements: From Jr 3» to 10» x ¾.
- Length: 6 meters to 12 meters.
It is manufactured in ASTM A36 / A572Gr50 / A529Gr5 steels.
Applications. They are used in the locksmith and metalworking industries to construct simple metal structures such as roofs, columns, ornamentation, machinery, and trailer supports.
Platens
The plates are bars with a rectangular cross-section; It is steel used in the construction of metal structures, bridges, power towers and riveted, screwed or welded buildings. It is also used in locksmithing and signalling.
- Measurements: From ¾» x 1/8 to 5» x ¾”.
- Length: 6 meters.
Applications: Metal-mechanical transformation in producing bars, doors, electric power transmission towers, handrails, bodies, forged parts, locksmithing and signage.
Round smooth rods
Bars with a circular cross-section having a surface without unique projections or veins.
- Diameter: From 6 mm to 1 ¼ mm.
- Length: 6 meters.
Applications. Manufacture of metal structures, doors, windows, bars, forged elements and pieces, metalwork in general.
Square rods
Bars with a square cross-section have a surface without unique projections or veins.
- Diameter: From 9 mm to ¾ mm.
- Length: 6 meters.
Applications: Ornamentation, metalwork, architectural elements, forgings, and other applications in the metalworking industry.
Gilt rods
The twisted square iron bar is a hot-rolled profile with a twisted square cross-section, subsequently subjected to twisting for decorative effects.
- Diameter: From 9 mm to 5/8″.
- Length: 6 meters.
Applications. Ornamentation, metalwork, architectural elements, forgings, and other applications in the metalworking industry.
